Born 23 April 1371, on 21 July 1403 he fought at the Battle of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, with the forces of the Prince of Wales against the rebellious Sir Henry Percy. In 1405 he succeeded his uncle and became 4th Lord Audley and, on 25 August 1405, 1st Baron Touchet. He died on 19 December 1408.
