Online Review: This work is a standard reference, but may not
be one hundred percent accurate. "Aldre Svenska Fralseslakter" is supposed
to be much better, but
is much smaller in scope. However, it is to be regarded the Bible of
Swedish genealogy. Genealogies of all families (extinct or not) introduced
into
Swedish nobility are displayed. The families that did not make this
book can be found in "Kalendar over introducerad Adels." The index fills
half of
volume 9. With the reprint, subscribers were promised two extra volumes,
which should give corrections to the earlier work, and take the
genealogies up to the 1930s.

not up to date but in the scale of the work this is to be expected. Again
language is no barrier for this great work.
