Title: The Dukes of Leuchtenberg
a genealogy of the descendants of Eugene de Beauharnais
Author: Charles W. Fanning
Published: 1983
Publisher: James V Poate, Edgware, Middlesex
ISBN: 0-9500-183-4-1

Rating: A

Online Review: The excellent genealogy, displaying all descendants in male and female lines, provides more than what genealogical books usually provide. This book is a gem, as well the production is beautiful.

Title: Descendance de Dom Antonio, prieur de Crato, XVIIe roi de Portugal
Author: A de Faria
Published: 1908, 1909 Livourne

Rating: D+

Online Review: Good as an introduction, names are displayed but the genealogical data leaves a lot to be desired.

Title: Plantagenet Ancestry of Seventeenth-Century Colonists: The Descent from the Later Plantagenet Kings of England, Henry III, Edward I, Edward II, and Edward III, of Emigrants from England and Wales to the North American Colonies before 1701
Author: David Faris
Published: 1996
Publisher: Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc. Baltimore
ISBN: 0-8063-1518-0

Rating: C+

Online Review: Some lines vague, or incorrect, and appears not to have strong sources.

Title: La Descendance du Comte Petre Semenovitch Saltykov 1698-1772
Author: Jacques Ferrand
Published: 1977, Montreuil

Rating: C

Online Review: Very interesting, genealogy could be better detailed.

Title: Les Familles Princieres de l'Ancien Empire de Russie
(en emigration en 1978)  two volumes -French-
Author: Jacques Ferrand

Rating: C

Online Review: The main genealogies are very good but the 'grand pattern' connecting these families seems questionable/unreliable.

Title: The royal family of Thailand, the descendants of King Chula-longkorn
Author: Jeffrey Finstone
Published: 1989 London, Bangkok

Rating: B

Online Review: Fully indexed genealogy, with charts, hundreds of pictures, appendices. A joy to browse, even if you are not acquainted with the subject. Half in Thai half in English, the dates are also given in two calendars.

Title: Ursprung des Adels in den Ostseeprovinzen Russlands
Author: Friedrich, Freiherr von Fircks
Published: 1843 Mitau/Leipzig

Rating: D

Online Review: Notes on Baltic nobility. Try Siebmacher's volume on the "Ostseeprovinzen" instead.

Title: Visitations of Yorkshire, 1584-5 and 1612
Author: Joseph Foster, editor
Published: 1875

Title: The Royal Lineage of Our Noble and Gentle Families
-2 volumes-
Author: Joseph Foster
Published: 1883, 1884

Rating: C

Online Review: Displaying royal descents, the majority from Edward I, in various formats. Some well-known erroneous descents are included and, alas
perpetuated by the unwary, but this seems inevitable. Compare it with Ruvigny's "Blood Royal of Britain".
