Introduction

The first step is to know that a source exists and then, once you have found it, how reliable is it? This matter has been raised many times and, no doubt, will be raised again. Therefore, this site is an attempt to assist with the evaluation of many known, and some lesser known, sources.

This has been very much a joint effort. First, several lists were compiled and these were sent to people who appended their individual valuations and descriptions of books. If two disagreed, then the lower valuation was given but with a+ added. As well, some of the descriptions are also a combination of remarks of more than one person.
