Dietrich was born in Schwabisch
Hall, Germany in 1392. It is not really known if he was the son of the
first Dietrich or his son-in-law who took his name. He had three sons,
Konz., born 1421, Hans and Michel. He was known as Dietrich Buttel (another
name for Butcher) but his sons were known as Seckel. He died in 1452.
